Ctrl + A: will select all of the data
Ctrl + C: will copy the selected data (or object)
Ctrl+F: Search in a spreadsheet, or use Find and Replace
Ctrl+N: Create a new workbook
Ctrl + V: will paste the copied data (or object)
Ctrl+O: Open an existing workbook
Ctrl+Z: Undo an action
Ctrl+S: Save a workbook
Ctrl+W: Close a workbook
Alt+Q: Go to the “Tell me what you want to do” box
Ctrl+Y: Redo an action
